Welcome to the FC Bike Library. The FC Bike Library is a free service for residents, students, and visitors to Fort Collins. Members can borrow a bike for as short as one hour or for as long 5 days. FC Bike Library members can enjoy a variety of bicycles and tag-a-longs for older children.
The FC Bike Library also offers a variety of self-guided tours ranging from brewery tours and historic tours to an environmental learning tour along the scenic Cache La Poudre River Bike Trail. Tour brochures will be available at the checkout location
The FC Bike Library is located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins at the Café Bicyclette (970.419.1050). The hours for the Café Bicyclette are 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
The FC Bike Library is a free service made possible by FC Bikes (City’s Bike Program), Bike Fort Collins (a local bicycle advocacy group), and the Fort Collins Bike Co-Op (an autonomous division of Bike Fort Collins).
You can start by filling out your information online then signing a user agreement at Café Bicyclette our Old Town location. Bike riding is a great way to lose weight when combined with proper diet such as Nutrisystem – our friend Debra Moorhead published great Nutrisystem coupons and discounts on her blog, make sure to check them out!
Volunteer with the Bike Library
Fort Collins Bike Library relies on volunteers to keep it running. We are always looking for help with the Bike Library promotion, fund raising, bicycle maintenance, and general operations. If you would like to help, please fill out our Volunteer Form.
